Terms of Service

These terms set out the arrangement between you and FunGamezo when you use fungamezo.com. They are deliberately short, because the site is simple: you arrive, you play a game in your browser, and you leave. By using the site you accept what follows. If you do not, please do not use it.

What FunGamezo is

FunGamezo is a browser-game portal. We curate a shelf of HTML5 games that are catching on and present each one on its own page with a working embed, a short how-to-play and a set of related games. There is no account to create, nothing to install, and nothing to pay. We are a place to find and launch games — we are not the developer of any of them.

The games belong to their developers

Every game on this site was made by an independent developer or studio and remains their property. All game code, artwork, characters, music, titles and trademarks stay with their respective owners. The games are made available here through a licensed HTML5 game distribution partner, which is what allows them to be embedded and played on FunGamezo. Nothing on this site transfers any right in a game to you or to us beyond playing it in the browser as presented.

Our own material — the site design, the layout, the written descriptions, the editorial copy and the FunGamezo name and logo — belongs to us. You are welcome to link to any page here.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• scrape, mirror, bulk-download or systematically copy the site or its catalogue;
• re-embed, reframe or rehost the games elsewhere, or strip them out of the pages they are presented on;
• interfere with how a game runs — cheating tools, injected scripts, tampering with an embed, or circumventing advertising;
• attack or overload the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or attempt to gain access to anything not intended to be public;
• use automated tools to hammer the site with requests beyond ordinary browsing;
• use FunGamezo for anything unlawful, or in breach of the rules of the network you are on.

School and workplace networks often have their own policies about playing games. Those are between you and whoever runs the network — please respect them.

Your saved data

Favourites and play history are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We cannot recover them, restore them after you clear your browser data, or move them to another device — there is no copy for us to restore from. Please treat them as convenience features rather than anything to rely on. See the privacy policy for the detail.

Advertising and third-party content

Some games carry advertising served by the distribution partner or its ad networks — this is what pays for the games being free to play here. We do not choose the individual ads, and their appearance is not an endorsement by us. The same goes for any external site a game or an ad links to: once you leave FunGamezo, that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply and ours no longer do.

Availability, and what we cannot promise

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that every game will always load, or that a game you enjoyed will still be here next month — titles are added and removed by the distribution partner and the developers, and that is outside our control. We may change, reorganise or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We do not warrant that the games are error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FunGamezo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — including lost game progress, lost time, or problems caused by third-party content served inside a game. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Copyright complaints

If you own rights in a game or other material appearing on FunGamezo and believe it is here without authorisation, we want to hear from you and we act on properly made notices. The procedure and what a notice needs to contain are set out on our DMCA page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The current version always lives at this URL with its revision date at the top, and continuing to use FunGamezo after a change means you accept the updated version.
