Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 July 2026
This policy explains what FunGamezo collects when you play games here, what it does not collect, and what you can do about either. It covers fungamezo.com and describes how the site actually works rather than reserving rights we do not use.
The short version
There are no accounts on FunGamezo and no sign-up, so we never ask for your name, email address, or payment details — there is nowhere on the site to enter them. We use Google Analytics to understand roughly how many people visit and which games get played. Your favourites and play history are saved in your own browser and never reach our servers. The games themselves are embedded from a third-party partner, and that partner sees your browser when a game loads.
Information we collect
We do not operate a user database, and we do not ask you to identify yourself in order to play. The information we do receive falls into two buckets:
- Analytics data gathered by Google Analytics 4 — approximate location (usually city or region level, derived from your IP address), device and browser type, referring site, which pages you viewed and in what order, and how long you stayed.
- Standard server and network logs generated whenever any website is requested, including IP address, timestamp and user agent. These are handled by our hosting and content-delivery provider as part of serving and protecting the site.
We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell data, and we do not combine analytics data with anything that would identify you personally.
Google Analytics
FunGamezo uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-93TSF05SQX) to measure traffic. It sets cookies in your browser to recognise a returning visit and to keep a session together, and it reports aggregated figures to us — visitor counts, popular pages, rough geography, device mix. We see totals and trends, not individuals: there is no screen anywhere in our analytics that shows “this person played these games”.
Google processes this data as our analytics provider and under its own privacy terms. If you would rather not be counted at all, you can install Google’s official browser opt-out add-on, block analytics with an extension or a privacy-focused browser, or clear the cookies described in our cookie policy. Blocking analytics does not affect your ability to play anything here.
Favourites and history stay in your browser
When you favourite a game or when a game you have played is added to your history, that record is written to your browser’s local storage on your own device. It is not transmitted to us, it is not attached to an account, and we cannot read it. Two practical consequences follow: your favourites will not appear on a different device or browser, and clearing your browser data will erase them permanently — including for us, because we never had a copy.
Games are embedded from a third party
The games on FunGamezo are supplied by a licensed HTML5 game distribution partner and run inside an embedded frame served from that partner’s domain. When a game loads, your browser connects directly to them, which means they receive your IP address and standard request information, and they may set their own cookies or storage. That activity is governed by the partner’s privacy policy, not this one. We do not control what they collect and we do not receive it.
Advertising inside games
Some games carry advertising served by the distribution partner or its ad networks — this is what funds the arrangement that lets the games be played here for free. Those ads are delivered inside the game frame and may use cookies or similar technologies to measure or target what is shown. We do not run our own ad network, we do not pass any information to advertisers, and we do not have access to the data those ads generate.
Children
FunGamezo is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — and since the site has no accounts, forms, uploads or messaging, there is no route by which a child could submit personal information to us. If you are a parent or guardian and believe something on the site needs our attention, please get in touch and we will look into it.
Your choices
- Opt out of analytics using a browser extension, tracking protection, or Google’s opt-out add-on.
- Clear your local data at any time through your browser settings — this removes your favourites, your history, and the analytics cookies together.
- Block third-party cookies if you would rather the game frames could not set them. Some games may behave differently as a result.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. Because we hold no account records, in practice there is usually nothing for us to return or erase — but if you want to make a request, write to us and we will respond.
Retention
Analytics data is retained by Google under the retention window configured for our property and is aggregated for reporting. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. Data stored in your browser stays there until you clear it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and move the “last updated” date at the top. Where a change is significant we will describe what actually changed rather than quietly reissuing the document.
