60 tags — pick a vibe and play.
Tags describe how a game actually plays rather than what shelf it sits on. They are the finer-grained way through the 150 games on FunGamezo: where a category tells you a game is Action, its tags tell you it is a stickman ragdoll fighter you can play with a friend. Every tag below opens onto the games carrying it.
What the tags actually mean
Most of them are the vocabulary players already use rather than anything we invented. Io means a shared arena you drop into against everyone else currently online. Idle and incremental games keep making progress while you are barely touching them. Obby and parkour are jump-timing-and-patience courses. Ragdoll and physics promise floppy, unpredictable bodies doing most of the comedy. Endless and runner mean there is no finish line, only a score.
How to use tags well
Tags are at their best when you have already worked out what you are in the mood for. Rather than browsing an entire genre and hoping, pick the two or three tags that describe the feeling you want and go straight there. Because a game can carry several tags at once, you will often find the same title arriving from different directions — which is usually a sign it is worth playing.
Tags, categories, and the front page
If a tag feels too narrow, step up a level to categories, where every game files onto exactly one broad shelf. If you would rather not filter at all, trending and hot games cut across every tag on the site and simply show you what is being played right now.
